Refund policy

We offer a 28-day returns policy for eligible change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible, items must be returned within 28 days of purchase and must be:

• Unused and unfitted
• In their original, undamaged packaging
• Complete with all parts, accessories and instructions
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been fitted, installed, used, altered or removed from their original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns.

Please note that this fee does not apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights.
